Cultivated in ultrasonic machining technology for 20 years, HIT founder, also Professor in National Chung Hsin University Mechanical Engineering Department, has discovered the opportunity in advanced materials market and the machining difficulties of conventional CNC manufacturers, and the technology of ultrasonic machining module has been developed. With high-frequency ultrasonic vibrations, the cutting resistance will be reduced and minimize the wear from materials and tools. The material removal will also be enlarged and enhance efficiency.

Supported by the project of the Ministry of Technology, HIT has founded in 2018. The fusion of academic and industry is based on profound research and the revolution of fresh blood. HIT ultrasonic machining module has been exported to Europe, America, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and other countries, and won the 109 National Innovation Award. HIT will keep developing new ultrasonic machining applications for various machine types and materials, such as ceramics, composites, and even soft materials. We wish we could overcome the difficulties in the patent application of Europe and Japan and promote cutting-edge ultrasonic machining technology globally.
