Founder & CTO of Hantop Intelligence Tech. Attended Compound Semiconductor Cross-border Cooperation Seminar held by ACE.Solution Co.

On April 28th, Professor Michael Chen, the founder and CTO of Hantop Intelligence Tech., was invited to be one of the distinguished speakers at the Compound Semiconductor Cross-border Cooperation Seminar organized by ACE.Solution Co. collaborating with Teradyne, a well-known U.S. company.

The seminar aimed to explore testing solutions for new materials such as silicon carbide (SiC) and gallium nitride (GaN), technologies that help accelerate the development and growth of compound semiconductors, and also insights on dynamic measurements of SiC power devices for electric vehicles.

In recent years, compound semiconductors, especially silicon carbide (SiC) and gallium nitride (GaN), have demonstrated unique advantages in automotive power systems and power management, in addition to their applications in consumer electronics.  These materials, known for their high voltage and high current tolerance, can cater to various applications for end-users, such as electric vehicles, carbon-free green energy, 5G communication, radar, and data centers.

The event concluded with a salon forum, featuring interactions among participants from Hong Hai Research Institute (HHRI), KLA Corporation, ACE.Solution Co., ULVAC, and Hantop Intelligence Tech.  ACE.Solution not only shared insights into the semiconductor market and ES system features but also displayed applications of Quantifi Photonics in optical communications, non-destructive testing of wafers using TZ-6000 terahertz technology, and leasing services.  They emphasized their ability to provide diverse customized testing integration solutions, resulting in enthusiastic on-site interactions.
